The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. You will work with regional HR team to ensure the smooth and effective operation of HR processes. What you will do:• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.• Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR transactions and documentation.• Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll and address any discrepancies.• Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.• Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and issues.• Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.• Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.• Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and reports.• Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.• Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.• Stay updated on relevant labor laws and ensure compliance with HR regulations.• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
