The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy, fostering a culture of excellence, and ensuring the effective management of all HR functions within the country. Required Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, Law or related field.- A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in HR compliance/HRM roles.- Mandatory: Deep understanding of Thai labor laws, regulations, and cultural norms, with demonstrated experience navigating complex HR challenges in the local context.- Experienced in dealing with government department i.e. Social Security Fund office, Disability department, Skilled development department, Employment department, Department of Labour Protection and Welfare, Department of Skill Development, etc.- Fluent in both English and Thai languages with both written and verbal communication skills.- Competence in essential computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Google Workspace, email, Slack, and internet use. And experienced in HR software i.e. BambooHR, etc.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships Job Description: - Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of top talent across various functions and levels within the organization.- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.- Stay abreast of local labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance in all HR-related activities and mitigate legal risks for the organization.- Lead initiatives to promote employee engagement, recognition, and retention, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our company values and enhances employee satisfaction and productivity.- Design and implement employee training and development initiatives to foster continuous learning, skill development, and career growth opportunities for our workforce.- Other additional assignments from the CEO and Headquarter.
