Responsibilities:• Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle for the Thai market and related markets, which includes sourcing, screening and engaging top talents to successfully fulfill the business team's recruiting needs;• Lead strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.• Develop effective hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.• Achieve a holistic business understanding through collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams.
Qualifications:• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or related field;• 5+ years HR experience; experience working in a fast paced environment would be a plus.• Business level proficiency in English & Thai;• Self-motivated, proactive, and dedicated goal achiever;• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization;• Experience in closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
