Job Description• COD Shopee and Non shopee business (Total COD 300,000 ADO per day or 50% of ADO, Kerry 20,000-30,000 ADO per day)• Prepare COD Report Daily 4Pls (Kerry) , driver and buyer• Prepare COD Summary report and reconcile Own Fleet for SPP (weekly and monthly)• Prepare COD Summary report for SEA finance (weekly and monthly)• Monitor and track COD Case error at SOC and Kerry• Check and confirm with invoice on COD fee charge.• Support Ticket from CX - SPX and CX - SPP about buyer & Driver request refund SPP• Reconcile COD transfer from Own Fleet and some own fleet transfer by UOB.• SDOP commission fee Reconcile SDOP Setup fee, Monthly fee and duty fee• Set up Accrual commission fee to support SEA GL month-end closing• Prepare Month-end Closing report about Setup fee and Monthly fee to support SEA GL month-end closing
Requirements• Excellent Microsoft Office/ Google Suite is required.• Minimum 5 years experience in Finance Operations.• Excellent in communication and coordination with internal stakeholders.• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.• High sense of responsibility and high attention to detail.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
