This is a full-time position. You will be responsible for supporting various activities within the finance function, including finance operations, bookkeeping, and tax filing. Please note that this role is open only to Thai nationals. Responsibilities :• Responsible for the day-to-day financial transactions. • Maintaining and reviewing financial records.• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation, check invoices for inaccuracies.• Coordinate with external/internal parties as needed.• Reconcile accounts with the general ledger.• Support month-end and year-end close process.• Create Tax invoice, receipt, bills, invoices.• Payroll processing.• Manage and submit VAT and Withholding Tax [PND1, PND3, PND53, PP30, PP36] and SSO.• Use other office tools available to manage information and store materials in a tidy and systematic manner.• Undertake other reasonable duties as requested by members of the Senior Leadership Team. Minimum Qualifications :• Degree in Finance, Business Administration.• 1-3 years of experience working in a finance field in Thailand.• Proficiency in Thai and English (Role only open for Thai candidates).• Possess flexibility and con-do attitude.• Strong process skills and attention to details.• Good command of English communication. Preferred Qualifications :• 0-2 years in Real estate business.• Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).• Xero experience. Work Location: Home Place Building, Thonglor
