Responsibilities:• Recommend, develop, and implement projects and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its topline growth and overall profitability.• Provide financial results summaries to business reviews and planning documents for leadership reviews.• Conduct budget control, involve in business operations, and review project/contract applications.• Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks.• Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis.
Qualifications• More than 5-8 years of working experience in FP&A or related analysis. E-commerce experience preferred.• Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis.• Exceptional data analytics skills as an advanced user of Excel.• Strong analytical and problem solving with outstanding structural thinking skills.• Strong communication and written skills.• Ability to learn new technology as needed to complete an assignment.• Willingness to be hands-on and comfortable with uncertainty with an interest in e-commerce business.• Willingness to work hard to gain new knowledge and learn new concepts to grow personally and professionally with the team.• Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
