Job Description• Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries by call, email, Line, Facebook, Website, etc.• Facilitate the Appointment Log Process to ensure appointments are created, recorded daily, tracked, and use this knowledge to confirm future appointments one day in advance with the customer.• Handle incoming phone prospects and follow up with internet leads via phone and email until you establish contact.• Providing product and service information to customers.• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.• Uses EMT to create targeted email marketing campaigns to support new/used vehicle sales goals and needs.• Schedule in-dealership appointments and track activity using our CRM.• Prepares and processes monthly report(s). Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in any field• Minimum 3 years experiences in Call Center officer role are preferred.• Good listening skills and a strong customer focus.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Good computer skills and Microsoft Office.• Can communicate in English is a plus.• Able to work 6 days for week (Monday - Saturday)อ่านเพิ่มเติม
