Department: CommercialTeam: Corporate Business Responsibilities•Develop and lay out sales strategy for LINE Thailand’s B2B consulting and agency teams to achieve and exceed sales goals and revenue• Understand the competitive landscape and latest market trends to capture new business development opportunities• Formulate strategic business development initiatives by (1) performing market assessment and (2) identifying opportunities, challenges, and issues by using data from internal/external sources• Develop and implement revenue growth plans / action plans (by industry verticals, agencies, etc.) that align with commercial strategy• Monitor KPIs and analyze the performance of B2B Consulting and Agency teams, then propose recommendations, solutions, or ideas with relevant teams with logical reasoning and supporting data• Identify issues or obstacles and provide solutions to Product, Sales, and Operations teams in order to enhance overall sales performance• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., PMO team, Product team, etc.) to follow through and support with revenue growth plans Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field• 7-10 years of experience in sales strategy, business consulting, business development, or a related field (experience in corporate sales strategy is a plus)• Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing / digital advertising• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills• Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and negotiation skills• Ability to contribute at strategic levels and as an individual contributor• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment• Native proficiency in Thai and professional proficiency in English Remark: LINE’s business solutions include (but not limited to) LINE Official Account, CRM solutions, API-based solutions, Sponsored Stickers, LINE Points, Display Advertisements, etc. LocationLINE Thailand Head Office, Gaysorn Tower, Bangkokอ่านเพิ่มเติม
