Role Overview :We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Used Car Dealer Sales Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our dealer network, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth. This position requires frequent travel within Thailand, with a focus on building and maintaining partnerships with used car dealerships outside Bangkok.
Key Responsibilities :• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and strengthen the used car dealer network across Thailand.• Identify and prioritize target dealerships for acquisition, focusing on key growth areas and untapped markets.• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective dealers, acting as the primary point of contact for CarsmeUp products and services.• Conduct regular visits to dealerships to understand their needs, promote CarsmeUp offerings, and negotiate agreements.• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for dealer initiatives.• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.• Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to new dealer acquisitions, revenue generation, and dealer retention.• Provide ongoing support and training to dealerships, ensuring they are equipped to maximize the value of CarsmeUp solutions.• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and dealer feedback to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills :• Bachelor's degree (Preferred but not mandatory)• B2B Sale experience, preferably within the automotive industry or related field.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on delivering win-win solutions.• Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70% of the time), including to provinces outside Bangkok.• Language: Thai & English (preferred but not mandatory)• Experience in dealership management or automotive sales is a plus.• Someone who is outspoken and is not shy to push the limit.• Must have a car with valid driving license.
