We are hiring for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (Auto) for our Auto team. Job Scope • Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets for sales and telesales team• Develop and successfully implement the sales strategies to achieve targets.• Lead telesales and sales team members to provide our customers with high standard of buying experience and achieve strong sales results• Recognize the skills and goals of each of your team members and work with them by training and mentoring them• Identify gaps and build required competencies of each of your team members by leveraging on our resources / tools• Analyze and track sales performance to meet targets, and propose to the management on action plans• Solve issues and work to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience• Establish good relationships with Associations of Used Car (Thailand) and various dealer clubs Requirements and skills • BS/MS degree in business management or equivalent• Past experiences with used car associations and dealers in Thailand• At least 5 years experience in managing telesales and sales team• Preferred experiences in sales in automotive platforms or OEMs• Good at establishing action plans and lead the team to implement them.• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.• Open minded and a self-starter.• Ability to influence stakeholders and obtain their buy-inอ่านเพิ่มเติม
