Location : Udonthani
Qualifications:• Bachelor or higher degree with 3-5 years experience in branch sales management or general trade channel, preferably consumer product.• Experience in shop performance and team management.• Having own car with driving license and willing to travel visiting market nearby such as Burirum, Khon Khaen, Korat etc.• Strong leadership skills, good communication, presentation & negotiation skills.• Good communication of English.
Responsibilities;• Manage sales performance of each shop in assigned area, to provide sales generation to meet the company objective / target. • Ensure each shop provide same standard and deliver excellent service to customers.• Monitor P&L each shop and do the sales report to supervisor.• Gather feedback to improve services and execution of activities.Review and coach team.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
