Responsibilities:Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills,Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivationfor Sales• Enhances sales staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions;answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members; teachingimproved processes; mentoring team members.• Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning andorganizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other tradefactors.• Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.• Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.• Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.• Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitivedevelopments.• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily callreports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, newproducts, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparingreports; making recommendations to management.• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewingprofessional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Requirements:• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in IT, Telecommunications or any related fields• 3-5 years of experience in sales management.• Experience in sale planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting• Excellent interpersonal, team-working and presentation skills• Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.• Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.• Good command of written and spoken English.• Ability to start work immediately is a plus• If have experience in Contact Center Solution (AVAYA, Cisco, Aspect) will be advantageอ่านเพิ่มเติม
