We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join the newly established team. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and optimal performance across all departments. Your expertise in operations management, strategic planning, team leadership, and market analysis will be instrumental in driving our success.
Responsibilities● Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses to enhance the company's market presence and expand customer reach. You’ll also be collaborating with mobile carriers to develop and implement plans for service integration and distribution. ● Setup allocations with fleet operators. ● Conduct Market research with the Sales & Marketing to establish pricing strategy, market trends, opportunities for growth, competitor analysis and business logic requirements analysis. ● Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for the tech team and support team, ensuring clarity and consistency in processes. ● Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives. ● Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. ● Resource allocation and budgeting. Develop and manage the operations budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to source and negotiate vendor contracts and supplier agreements. ● Oversee procurement and logistics.
Requirements● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or related field. ● Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry or organization. ● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire employees. ● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement. ● Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. ● Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ● Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management. ● Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards. ● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations. ● Fluent in English and Thai.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
