We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join the newly establishedteam. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operationsof our organization, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and optimal performance across alldepartments. Your expertise in operations management, strategic planning, team leadership, andmarket analysis will be instrumental in driving our success.
Responsibilities:• Establish strategic partnerships with local businesses to enhance the company's marketpresence and expand customer reach. You’ll also be collaborating with mobile carriers todevelop and implement plans for service integration and distribution.• Setup allocations with fleet operators.• Conduct Market research with the Sales & Marketing to establish pricing strategy, markettrends, opportunities for growth, competitor analysis and business logic requirementsanalysis.• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for the tech team andsupport team, ensuring clarity and consistency in processes.• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals andobjectives.• Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability,collaboration, and continuous improvement.• Resource allocation and budgeting. Develop and manage the operations budget, monitoringexpenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Collaborate with finance andprocurement teams to source and negotiate vendor contracts and supplier agreements.• Oversee procurement and logistics.
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or related field.• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry ororganization.• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspireemployees.• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuousimprovement.• Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize andmultitask effectively.• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams.• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management.• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations.• Fluent in English and Thai.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
