Job Summary :The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of a retail business.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the business is running efficiently and effectively,meeting customer demands and expectations, and meeting financial targets. The Operations Manager will reportto the Operations Director and will be responsible for managing a team of staff.
Key Responsibilities :• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail business.• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure that the business is runningefficiently and effectively.• Conduct regular reviews of operational processes and systems, and recommend improvements toincrease efficiency and reduce costs.• Coordinate and foster effective communication across the head office in Bangkok, Nan office, suppliers,contractors, consultants, government officers, and other relevant parties.• Actively participate in project planning and identify the sequence of activities needed to successfullycomplete the project.• Independently and working with relevant teams in conducting research and identifying the most efficientstrategies and business opportunities for the project• Manage the performance of staff, ensuring that they are meeting customer service standards and targets.• Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, such as sales, profit margins, and customersatisfaction, and develop strategies to improve performance.• Ensure that the retail business is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, such as health andsafety regulations and laws.• Manages third-party vendors to ensure projects and operational timelines are met.• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customerloyalty.• Manage the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are in good workingorder and meet health and safety standards.• Conduct regular audits of stores to ensure that they are properly set up and maintained, and that theymeet the company's standards for cleanliness, organization, and customer experience
Qualifications and Experience :• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.• At least 5 years of experience in retail operations management, with a proven track record of success.• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of staff.• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effectivesolutions.• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, customers, andvendors in both Thai and English.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and priorities.• Able to frequently travel.
