Job Description• Build connections with candidates at events and on social media.• Perform initial phone screenings to narrow down potential candidates.• Review the resumes of applicants who have applied through job boards.• Interview potential employees in person.• Negotiate the salary and benefits packages.• Supervise junior staff.• Keep track of hiring metrics like time to hire, time to fill a position and source of recruitment.• Update daily/weekly reports to recruiting lead regarding the status of all positions.
