Location: Ramkhamhaeng Road Qualifications:• Bachelor or higher degree with above 4 years experience in HR Development / Organization Development.• Strong experience in people development process and talent program implementation.• Experience in talent nomination, succession planning, and employee engagement.• Preferable excellent candidate from FMCG or Consumer product. • Good communication of English and strong work independent (Toeic score 750++) Responsibilities;• Lead end-to-end Talent Review processes, critical roles and succession plan by complying with company guidelines.• Co-create personalized development plan for talents with training team in order to strengthen their strengths and improve their area for development.• Lead the company's performance management cycle and ensure full participation of the market's employee.• Center of communication, summarize and feedback process.• Communicate employee engagement and culture survey in order to gain full participation of respondents.• Initiate culture and engagement activities that the improvement of employee engagement. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
