Job Purpose :• At Gowabi, The Customer Support team are our brand representative, supporting our mission toaccelerate Customer experience and be part of Thailand’s leading Beauty platform. What you will do :• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by taking inbound phone calls, web inquiries, andonline chats & Line applications for Service and support Gowabi customers.• Prioritize on assigned tasks & projects.• Connect with all of Gowabi’s partners, related parties and project owners via phone calls andLine application.• Educate Gowabi customers how to Booked and include directing them to the self-help website.• Accurately record issues and data into CRM / Google form.• Provide an exceptional experience to our customers on a daily basis. Who you are :• Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment. Freshgraduates are welcome too.• Strong attention to detail with good written and verbal communication skills are required.• Great ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.• Ability to manage multiple projects in a very fast paced and high-pressure environment.• Ability to develop collaborative relationships that others want to work with.• Strong team-oriented personality is required.• Able to communicate in English (TOEIC above 450 is preferred).• Working 5 days a week.• Working hours 8.00 • 17.00 / 11.00 • 20.00 (WFH for late shift).
