Job Description :• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.• Manage the needs of our foreign customers by providing assistance and support through communication channels.• Resolve customer cases efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team or department for further resolution.• Utilize excellent communication and soft skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
